Raytheon wins Navy radar contract

Raytheon has been awarded a $17.7 million Navy contract for radar research.

Under the Office of Naval Research contract, Raytheon will perform research for the Network Cooperative Radar Program, according to the Department of Defense contract announcement. The maximum contract value is $18.7 million if a contract option is exercised.

The work is scheduled to be completed by July 2018.
