The Navy has awarded Coherent Technical Services, Inc. a $20.5 million contract option for C4ISR research.

The option, which extends a previous contract, calls for CTSi to provide “emerging navigation technology engineering services for air and shipboard command, control, communication, computers and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities,” according to the Department of Defense contract announcement.

The work is scheduled to be completed by April 2018. The contract is under Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific, San Diego.
