Leidos Australia has been awarded an AU$55 million (US $41.5 million) follow-on Australian military contract to support command and control systems.
The five-year contract is for the Joint Project 2030 Joint Command Support Environment Phase 8 Sustainment program, according to a Leidos news release. The JCSE is a system that is used by Headquarters Joint Operations Command to manage Australian Defense Force operations and major joint and coalition exercises.
All work will be performed in Australia, with 40 staff that will mostly be based in Canberra.
