Merlin Mark 2 helicopters will replace Sea Kings that have provided Airborne Surveillance and Control since 1982.

Compass Systems has won a $14 million contract for the Optical Sensor System Cargo Aircraft Roll-on/Roll-Off system.

Leidos will provide intelligence analysis, electronic systems, ISR systems and other support services.

Winners will bid on task orders for research and development of special ISR components and systems.

Northrop Grumman’s sensor upgrade contract with Naval Air Systems Command is scheduled to be completed by June 2019.

The task order supports SPAWAR’s Office of the Chief Engineer, PEO C4I and other C4ISR offices.
