Gryphon awarded missile defense radar contract

Gryphon Technologies has been awarded a $57.7 million Missile Defense Agency contract for missile defense radar.

The contract is for communications operations and support for the sea-based X-band radar mission integration, according to a Department of Defense contract announcement.


The work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and Honolulu, Hawaii.

The contract is scheduled to be completed in June 2024.
